Bogdan is the man. Honestly one of the best massage experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, I already felt relaxed — the burning sage, incense and lighting felt almost like walking into a yoga studio. I'm a yoga teacher myself, so I really pay attention to energy and environment. Before starting, he patiently asked about injuries, pain areas and what I wanted him to focus on, and kept checking in respectfully throughout. I train martial arts and do a lot of yoga, so my body gets tight often — somehow he found muscle knots I didn't even realize I had and worked through them perfectly. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares. He called before the appointment to recommend not eating too close to the session, and explained hydration and recovery afterward. Highly recommend him, especially for athletes or anyone carrying stress and tension in their body.
